emitReadySignal
▸ emitReadySignal(server?): boolean
Tells Nx that the task running this process is ready, for a target whose
readyWhen is signal. Only the first call counts, so call it once the server
listens. A server that isn’t listening reports nothing. Pass the listening
server or its url to have it passed on to the tasks that waited, as
NX_READY_URL.
